This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and SWVE. This Agreement governs your access to and use of any SWVE website and your use or attempted use of our products and services (collectively, “Your Use”).
