SERVICES
DreamLawn provides lawn care and irrigation services to residential and commercial customers. Services may include fertilization, weed control, pest control, seasonal treatments, irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance, and other lawn-related services.
Certain lawn treatments may require post-application watering. Customers are responsible for operating irrigation systems according to any instructions provided by DreamLawn to ensure the effectiveness of treatments.
Customers must ensure that sprinkler heads, irrigation systems, invisible fences, and other lawn fixtures are clearly marked and visible prior to service. DreamLawn is not responsible for damage to irrigation components that are hidden, improperly installed, or not disclosed.
Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and seasonal conditions.
SCHEDULING AND ACCESS
By requesting service, you authorize DreamLawn to access the property to perform scheduled treatments. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the lawn and securing pets or obstacles before service.
PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the service agreement or invoice provided by DreamLawn. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
COMMUNICATION AND CONSENT
By clicking “Submit” I provide my E-SIGN signature and prior express written consent to be contacted by DreamLawn LLC at the number, email, and physical address I provided regarding products or services via live, automatic telephone dialing system, AI, artificial, prerecorded call, or via text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can revoke this consent by emailing hello@dreamlawn.com. I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use including mandatory arbitration.
